I’m a Writer, Editor and Digital Communications Specialist with extensive experience across a multitude of platforms in the public, private and third sectors.
As a freelance journalist I’ve worked for a number of brilliant UK publications including The Royal Television Society, The Guardian, Little White Lies, Emerald Street, Screen Daily, The Daily Star, Stylist.co.uk and Haringey People, examples of which you can find below.
I have extensive experience of writing, editing and commissioning content for newsletters. I ran the PPA Radar newsletter for a year, where I interviewed publishing industry giants like Empire’s Terri White and WGSN’s Carla Buzasi.
The pandemic took me down a slightly different, but very fulfilling path than my previous roles.
I wrote and edited City Hall’s Business Bulletin for nine months, during my time at the Greater London Authority (GLA). I also edited and contributed to the Haringey Business Bulletin during my time at Haringey Council in in 2020-21. Since June 2021 I have been the Senior Communications Officer for London’s Recovery Programme, a partnership between the GLA and London Councils. Here, (unsurprisingly) I run the London Recovery Newsletter.
I’m also the Founder of Good Grief Life and publish a bi-weekly newsletter called The Good Grief Guide. Find out more here.
In my past lives I’ve been a Runner and Make-up Artist for films and TV shows, a Marketing Executive at an Advertising Agency, and a Life and confidence Coach…and I’m not done yet.
I’m currently writing my first novel.

I contributed the section "His Dark Materials" by researching the satirical artworks of Andrea Ucini.
I also contributed the "Strangest Things" segment. I trawled the internet for the weird and wonderful accounts and found this eBay account, selling some truly unique stuff.
I contributed both the "Exercise your mind, unwind" segment about how gams can help to destress and promote memory, and the "Flow state" piece.
