Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a 35-year-old Welsh Writer, Editor and Digital Content Specialist.
I’m also an unexpected grief expert, pub quiz champion, history buff, and ardent film and television enthusiast.
I have a passion for pastel colours and sequin jumpsuits, beauty products, and adventures. I’m a late diagnosed ADHDer.
I live in North London.
I write a Substack newsletter called The Good Grief Guide, exploring how to live a fulfilling life through the lessons I’ve learned, having been bereaved young.
It’s everything from dealing with the trauma of an initial loss, with hard-won advice to take away long afterwards. Plus interviews, book, film and recipe recommendations, and so much more!
Get some Good Grief direct to your inbox through my Substack or get in touch directly at goodgriefguide@gmail.com.
The Good Grief Guide came about when I lost my Mum to cancer at the age of 23. I have spent the intervening years striving make sense of an unfathomable situation, finding my feet and my place in the world, and trying to build a meaningful life (while also trying to achieve the perfect fringe…I’m only human).
You can see my full portfolio and examples of my written work here, the spider bite story is a real hair-raiser.
I can usually be found devouring books, binging boxsets or rewatching early 2000s rom-coms, drinking tea, baking, exploring London, and scribbling ideas in one of my thousands of notebooks.
Get in touch, I’d love a chat.
